Delivery is made with GLS Delivery time varies from 2-14 days. We deliver to all European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany,
Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. 

Right of withdrawal  

You have 60 days right of withdrawal when you shop on Gubbies.com  

The right of withdrawal period expires 60 days after the day you;  

a. Received your product  

b. Receive the final product in physical possession, when it is an agreement regarding several different products, which have been ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually  

c. Receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement on delivery of a product, which consists of several lots or parts  

You must within 60 days of the receipt notify us if you want to withdraw your purchase. The announcement must be made through info@gubbies.com. In your email you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our model withdrawal form and return this to us. You can find it below.    

You cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.   


Withdrawal of a part of an order  

If you purchase more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are purchased and sent as one order.    

Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded if you withdraw a part of an order.  



You must send your order back to us no later than 60 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the direct cost of returning the product. At returning you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product. Because of their nature, certain products cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to climbing wall plywood sheets and other 20 kg plus items. The cost of returning these products is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. (insert amount). 


Products excluded from the right of withdrawal  

The following product types are excluded from the right of cancellation:  


 a. Delivery of products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or products which have been made clearly personalized,  

 b. Delivery of products, which are likely to be deteriorated or out of date quickly,  

c. Agreements on specific urgent repair or maintenance work at the consumer, which the consumer in advance has expressly requested,  

d. Delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscriber agreements for the delivery of such publications,  

e. Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition of the fact that the consumer thereby will lose his right of cancellation,  

f. Agreements on products, securities or services, if the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market on which the tradesman does not have any influence, and which may occur during the period of cancellation.  


The condition of the product when you return it  

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store. 

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you when withdrawing from the contract can only get part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.   

To receive the full price you must, therefore, do the same, as you will do in a physical store. You can test the product but you cannot start using the product.  



If you withdraw from the contract, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the price.   

If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not, however, additional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery which we offer), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.  


We can withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products.

Faulty goods  

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods.  

When you shop at Gubbies.com you get a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other tortious behavior.  You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely.  If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, refund your (reasonable) delivery costs.

We will need the following information when you send the product to us  

When you are returning the product please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible.  

Remember that the product always has to be sent back in the proper packaging, and make sure you get a receipt of dispatch so that we can refund your delivery costs.  

Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery or similar.  


Privacy policy   

We need the following information when you use our website for shopping:  

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.  
We only registrate and pass on personal data necessary for delivering the products to you. 

 The data is registered at Gubbies – sensing climbing and will be kept for a period of five years. Afterward, the information will be deleted.   

We cooperate with different companies that process and file data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use personal data for their own purposes.  
We cooperate solely with data processors within the EU or within countries that provide the same level of protection.   
The data controller on Gubbies – sensing climbing is CEO, Steffen Woetmann. 
You have the right to get access to information registered about you.   

If you believe the information to be incorrect you have the right to have the information rectified. In some cases, we will have to delete your data if requested by you. It could, for example, be if the information is no longer necessary to the purpose we originally needed it for.

Complaint procedure   

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer support by email info@gubbies.com. If we, contrary to expectations, cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. www.forbrug.dk.    

It is also possible to file a complaint to the EU commissions online dispute resolutions platform, which mainly will be relevant for consumers living in another European country than Denmark. The ODR platform is accessible here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
