Fingerboard or hangboard is a bit the same. We have just chosen to call this a fingerboard as the holes you can grab are predominantly small. Ie there are no big "jugs" / deep, positive holds that allow you to do pull ups / workout upper arms. The board is targeted more passive hanging exercises hanging with very few fingers. In order not to overload your fingers, it is recommended that you are not doing dynamic movements but that you use the board to hang.
The board is made of polyurethane which has a very good friction and which makes it easy to hang on it.
