Training Cylinder 50mm

1 round training cylinder also known as nunchuck, chunks or round rungs. Exercise equipment that can be used in different ways.

Popularly, they are used to train grip and pinching, but can also be used for pull-ups and the like for those who already have a tight grip. Designed as classic nunchucks with an eye bolt at the top so they can be hung up in the ceiling and attached with chains / ropes and carbines. They are large enough to be gripped with both hands and allow for varied grip strength training.
